Welcome to HerVoice 2026! Here is some helpful information for this tournament:
Rounds: There will be 4 preliminary rounds, where all teams will participate. Preliminary rounds will be accompanied by Junior Finals and Grand Finals. All preliminary rounds in the tournament will have open adjudication.
Format: This will be set in British Parliamentary style, where speeches will be 5 minutes, accompanied by 15 minute prep time.
Venue: Online (discord)
Eligibility: Students from grades 6-12 are welcome to participate. To qualify for the Junior status, you must be in grade 8 or younger, or to have participated in less than 3 tournaments. To qualify for the Junior break, both debaters must be Juniors.
Ironman Policy: You can iron all four rounds, INCLUDING outrounds
Judging: It is encouraged for teams to bring at least ONE judge to ensure that we have enough for every round.
